  Never show up when there supposed to!! I have waited 4 days with NO air and everyday it's a new excuse, always excuses. I literally spoke to Scott at 730pm he said he had a 45 minute job to finish and would be here it is now 11pm. I guess it'll be 5 days with NO air. I would suggest everyone skip this company and find another!! I bought a brand new A.C. unit from them 3 years ago and the job is still incomplete. The only reason I called them is because the unit has not worked properly since install. I feel they are obligated to make sure it is in working condition before their job is complete. I'm beginning to think David and Scott have no idea what they are doing. I am surprised they are still in business. My next call will be to the BBB and then another A.C. company.
